What is MyWellshire?
MyWellshire is the easiest way to contact other members of the Wellshire community. It is also the way to keep track of your contributions to the church and download giving statements. Think of it as a combination online church directory and portal to your donation records. The secure MyWellshire system is only for members of Wellshire Presbyterian Church that have MyWellshire accounts. Non-members will not have access to this portion of the website.
Some of the features that are available within MyWellshire include:
- Advanced search for Wellshire members by family, individual and other criteria
- The ability to print member directories
- Complete, printable Events calendar
- You have control over the information that other church members can see about you in your profile
- View your giving history
- View your pledge history
How do I use MyWellshire?
Ready to get started? You must first create an account in order to use this function of the Wellshire website. Once you have created an account, you have the ability to control how much (or little) information other church members can see. Click on the tabs below to learn more.
TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
You must use the email address that is on file with Wellshire to create your MyWellshire account. If you have not given us an email address, or if you do not remember which address you provided, please call 303-758-2233 or email Kris Griffith.
To begin the registration process, click on the “Login to your MyWellshire Account” button at the bottom of this page. When the login screen appears, click on the link that reads “Need a login? Click here”
On the Account Sign Up screen, fill in your email address and name and click on “Find Me”.
An email containing your login information will be sent to you shortly. Click on the link in the email to complete your account activation.
Setting Your Account Password
Once you have received the email asking you to confirm your account sign-up, you can sign-in to MyWellshire. The first action you take will be to create a new password. Once you’ve entered the new password, click on “Sign In”.
Setting Your Personal Preferences
On the Personal Preferences page, you can customize your privacy and viewing preferences. You can include your family and individual information in online directories and choose to display photos when you view online directories.
- To set your preferences, locate the “Home” tab at the top left of the page and select “My Account”.
- Click on the “Personal Prefences” tab.
- On the Personal Preferences tab, select the options that you want. For more information, see About My Personal Preferences.
- Click on “Save“.
View Your Contribution History
To view and modify your MyWellshire user profile, login to MyWellshire and click on Home > My Profile.
My Giving History
Choose the “My Giving History” tab. On this screen, you can view your year-to-date giving total, as well as sort contributions by most recent or based on a range of dates. To print your information, click on the “Print” button on the upper right of the screen.
My Pledge History
To view your pledge history, choose the “My Pledge History” tab.
Click on the button below to create or login to your MyWellshire account.Login to your MyWellshire Account
