Parents Day Out

Since the early 1990s, Parents Day Out (PDO) at Wellshire has been offering an affordable childcare program in a nurturing, positive, and interactive environment for 13 months through five years of age.

Wellshire PDO offers best practices in play-based early childhood education and age-appropriate activities that work on each child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Children may attend one to four days per week depending on the class offering flexible child care for families.

PDO meets and exceeds the requirements of Child Care Licensing under the Colorado Department of Early Childhood. PDO does not have as many stars as other programs because we chose not to participate in the rating program. There are two teachers per classroom, teachers have background checks and meet the requirements of Child Care Licensing.

 Wellshire PDO operates September-May, Monday-Friday, 9:25 am-1:30 pm.
